we are looking for an Experienced CRM Dynamics Analyst Responsibilities:
* Analysis of complex systems and preparation of functional and technical specification documents.
* Management of complex requirements analysis processes with company clients, including understanding customer needs and leading business processes.
* Collaboration with software vendors and internal and external organizational interfaces.

Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience in systems analysis – must
* Proven experience in writing detailed specification documents, both functional and technical, including interface specifications – must
* Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementation and configuration of processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM a significant advantage
* Familiarity with service centers / sales / marketing environments – an advantage
* Knowledge and experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
* Relevant education or professional training in systems analysis.
