we are looking for a DevOps Director to lead and scale our DevOps and SRE teams. This role blends strategic leadership with deep technical expertise ensuring our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments are reliable, secure, and cost-efficient. Youll define our DevOps vision, drive automation, and evolve our observability, scalability, and release practices.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor DevOps and SRE engineers across multiple locations.
Define the roadmap for infrastructure, automation, reliability, and cost optimization.
Partner with R&D, QA, and Product teams to enable smooth, scalable, and continuous delivery.
Oversee cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring performance and cost efficiency.
Manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Helm for Kubernetes deployments.
Own CI/CD pipelines built with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Lead observability, monitoring, and incident management using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
Ensure compliance, security, and best practices across infrastructure and operations.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in DevOps, including 3+ years in leadership.
Proven expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
Strong background in AWS, Azure and GCP are a plus.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
Knowledge of Vault, container security, and infrastructure cost management.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and team-building skills.
Experience in large-scale SaaS or data-intensive environments is a plus.
Familiarity with Tableau, Keycloak (OIDC), Apache Flink, ElasticSearch, Vertica, and hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
