What you will do
Own and lead budget control across the entire Commercial Division, including ongoing monitoring, analysis, adjustments, and close collaboration with Finance and FP&A.
Drive and continuously improve methodologies and tools for project‑based budgeting and budget tracking across the organization.
Support and enable senior managers by providing a holistic financial and operational view, helping them focus on execution and strategic priorities.
Act as a central focal point for cross‑functional operational initiatives, serving as a project owner for internal, organization‑wide projects.
Own and manage the global travel domain, including travel policy, governance, systems, vendors, and professional leadership of travel coordinators worldwide.
Define, track, and manage KPIs for the Global Operations group.
Prepare materials and presentations for quarterly business reviews and internal management forums.
Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field – must.
Proven experience in managing significant budgets and financial processes in a complex organization – must.
Experience in internal project management and cross‑organizational initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to see both details and the big picture.
Experience working in a global or multi‑site organization – advantage.
Fluent English, written and spoken – must.
