The key responsibility for this role is to lead a strong, cross-functional Scrum team of 10+ engineers comprising Backend, Mobile, Frontend, QA, and Data Science. You will drive the domain focused entirely on improving customer Lifetime Value (LTV). This is a highly complex and impactful role where you will oversee the development of top-notch platform tools, manage our robust retention system, and pioneer cutting-edge AI capabilities for both in-house and external users.

Collaborate with other development teams, product managers, UI/UX designers, and others to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.

You have a solid technical background, with at least 8 years of total industry experience, specializing in service-oriented backend development using C#.
You have managed a team before (3 years min) and have experience in growing and mentoring engineers. Experience leading a large or cross-functional team is a major advantage.
