* End-to-end development of software- and hardware-intensive UAV systems, from solution definition through technical requirements authoring, integration, testing, and customer delivery.
* Leading complex integration processes, including the integration of products, payloads, and airborne subsystems.
* Defining system -level requirements for various components and authoring detailed specifications and technical documentation.
* Leading cross-functional development and integration efforts across diverse engineering teams, including Airborne Software, C2 (Command & Control) Software, Simulators, QA /Testing, Electronics, and more.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science /Software Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. M.Sc. in system Engineering – A significant advantage.
At least 3 years of proven experience as a system Engineer for multidisciplinary, hardware- and software-intensive systems.
* Practical background in engineering development (Electrical Design / Software / Flight Control), including hands-on experience with tools like Python /MATLAB and various communication protocols.
* Experience in the aerospace, aviation, or autonomous vehicles industry – A significant advantage.
* Military background within UAV units or divisions (Operations / Technical / Engineering) – A significant advantage.
* High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to lead and manage complex processes, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
