Our Commercial Support department is looking for an Export Operations Coordinator.
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, with the option of working from home one day a week.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all export/shipping activities to RADs customers worldwide
Work closely with freight forwarders & customs authorities (including negotiating prices & controlling invoices)
Issue invoices & other export documentation
Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Correspond & coordinate shipping with local and global customers (via phone and email)
Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Academic Degree
Previous logistics, import/export experience – a must
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – a must
Additional languages – an advantage
Service oriented with great interpersonal skills
Attention to details
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to complete and follow-through on assignments in a timely manner
Team player & self- motivated
Ability to work under pressure
