3+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience (preferably Node.js and React).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), SQL / NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Practical experience integrating AI-powered capabilities into production systems and data pipelines.
Solid understanding of modern LLM concepts such as prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-based solutions (RAG).
Passion for problem solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
