– Lead the marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B, with a heavy focus on performance and meeting the business KPIs
– Ensure full synchronization with marketing Shared Services teams to create a unified and effective marketing language
– Work closely with the Sales teams to generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth
– Deep dive into user funnels to understand behavior and find ways to improve conversion at every stage
– Partner with Product, R D and data teams to turn marketing ideas into live products and features
– Use data to monitor performance, optimize budgets, and identify new opportunities to grow our user base
– Proven experience in a senior marketing role
– Prior experience within Real Estate, Marketplaces, or large-scale digital platforms
– A performance-driven mindset with a deep understanding of user funnels and growth metrics
– High energy and a "hands-on" approach
– Strong ability to work with data to drive decisions
– Proven experience working across multiple interfaces: Sales, data, Product, and various Marketing teams
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and move projects forward with different stakeholders
– A proactive, "can-do" mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams
