In this role, you will join our IT team, providing comprehensive Technical Support and taking part in cross-organizational computing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-to-end helpdesk support for company employees, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues.
* Install, configure, and deploy desktop computers and laptops across the organization.
* Implement, integrate, and support new software and systems.
* Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and groups using Active Directory.

Requirements:
1-2 years of professional helpdesk experience OR equivalent military experience as a Network Manager – Mandatory.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems.
* Proven hands-on experience working with Active Directory.
* Knowledge or experience with Linux environments – A significant advantage.
* Exceptional service orientation, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong team player, highly independent learner, adaptable to organizational changes, and possesses a broad system -level perspective.
