The IT Manager will report directly to the Director of Infrastructure Engineering and will be managing our IT systems and will provide global IT support. In addition, they'll be responsible for implementing and enforcing information technology policies and tools per standards and managing inventory and licensing.
Responsibilities:
Support end users with patience and professionalism, ensuring a helpful and service-minded approach.
Manage the IT staff globally.
Manage the IT Budget.
Manage information technology and computer systems, track, research, evaluate, and maintain hardware and software inventory.
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, asset management tools, applications, email systems, laptops, meeting rooms, software, and hardware.
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, standards, and procedures.
Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Lead projects, methodologies, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a global IT department, preferably in a lead role.
Security-oriented and has a good understanding of security and compliance, like SOC2 and ISO27001.
Proven experience with IDP, MDM, VPN, EDR, SaaS management, mail/web filtering, and cloud service providers.
Solid understanding of protocols: DMARC, DKIM, SPF, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Familiar with frameworks like ITIL – advantage.
Familiar with GCP, Snowflake, and AWS- advantage.
Related Certifications – advantage.
