– Assist in day?to?day administration of Windows servers, virtualization platforms ( VMware /Hyper?V).
– Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
– Monitor server health, performance, and capacity across on?prem and cloud environments.
– Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching using standard ITOPS processes.
– Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the knowledge base

Requirements:
– 1-2 years of experience in system administration, IT Operation or similar role.
– Basic knowledge of:
* Windows Server environments
* Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
* Virtualization ( VMware )
* Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls – An Advantage)
– Experience with backup solutions (such as Commvault, Veeam, Rubrik, or similar)
– Familiarity with PowerShell and automation basics.
