What am I going to do?:
Identity & Access Management: Own Okta as our primary IdP. Architect and automate complex identity lifecycles, directory integrations, and context-aware adaptive MFA policies. Endpoint Management (MDM): Design and manage our enterprise Apple ecosystem using Jamf Pro . Optimize zero-touch deployment (Apple Business Manager), patch management, and security configurations. SaaS & Cloud Operations: Act as the primary administrator for our core SaaS stack. Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and automated workflows. AI Integration & Automation: Implement AI-driven operations (AIOps) for smart monitoring, predictive analytics, and low-code/no-code automated IT support workflows. Security & Compliance: Lead the technical execution of security roadmaps, actively driving initiatives to meet and exceed annual compliance targets. Partner with security to enforce zero-trust architecture, manage vulnerability patching, and pull automated evidence for compliance audits (SOC2/ISO 27001).
