As an Engineering Manager for the IGA connector team, you will lead a full-stack team to expand our platform to an enterprise scale. Your role is crucial in executing our mission to connect our solution to any application, leveraging no-code, low-code, and AI-based solutions. You will lead, mentor, and build a team focused on delivering a world-class solution that simplifies the complexity of Identity Security for our customers.

Your Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an R&D team leader or engineering manager.
5+ years of hands-on development experience in languages such as Python, Go, Node.js, Ruby, Java, or C#.
Proven experience managing, coaching, and influencing highly skilled developers.
Demonstrated experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience working with and managing teams in a CI/CD pipeline environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building and scaling a development team from scratch.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
Experience developing enterprise-scale applications in a cloud/SaaS environment.
A solid understanding of software security and networking principles.
Direct experience with AWS is a significant advantage.
