– Build and execute the GTM strategy by positioning our product innovation and value proposition to real estate developers, while simultaneously executing high-converting marketing campaigns for the residential projects to buyers
– Lead a performance-oriented operation
– Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
– Analyze user behavior, funnels, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
– Lead retention, monetization, and engagement initiatives
– Manage agencies, budgets, and performance metrics with full accountability
– Conduct market research, map competitive landscapes, and identify strategic growth opportunities
– Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align business goals
– 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience specifically within the Real Estate industry
– Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and strong attention to detail
– Strong experience managing growth funnels, leads, and performance KPIs
– Creative mindset with the ability to evaluate and guide strong creative output
– Experience working closely with product teams
– Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
– Familiarity with UX, funnels, CRM – strong advantage
