As a Merchant Operations Associate, you will provide tools and support to help our partners thrive on the company platform, while continuously improving operational performance. With this in mind, you need to be passionate about account management and able to adapt your tone and approach depending on the type of partner youre working with.
The Merchant Operations Associate main focus is to assist our Merchant partners in maximizing their opportunity for success, while implementing the company app & service, and offering ongoing day-to-day support. This role combines elements of account management and customer success, with a strong focus on building long-term partner relationships.

What you'll be doing
Acting as the main point of contact for our tier 3 restaurant partners
Proactively supporting our companys restaurant partners to improve performance and operational efficiency.
Working on key KPIs to improve business operations and create a positive customer experience.
Collaborating with partners on product assortment and availability.
Handling restaurant support tickets to ensure an optimal user experience.
Assisting with marketing campaigns for restaurant partners.
Supporting restaurant business managers with additional tasks related to working with restaurant and restaurant partners.

Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant / account management / customer service – an advantage.
A self-starter with a strong passion for developing in account management and customer success roles.
Strong data orientation and proficiency in Excel.
Technical ability and logical thinking, with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
Structured, detail-oriented, and service-oriented.
A self-starter with a passion to grow and develop in customer success and account management roles.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in restaurant / account management / customer service – an advantage.
