Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, marketing, analytics) to align monetization efforts with product goals.
Lead or support special monetization-related projects to enhance the player experience and lifetime value.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve monetization performance.
Use tools like Asana and analytics platforms to track, plan, and report on monetization activities.
This is the right job for you if you have:
2+ years of experience as a Monetization Specialist in the gaming industry.
A proven background in product monetization and marketing strategy execution.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
A creative and curious mindset with a strong business orientation.
Great communication skills and experience collaborating across teams and functions.
High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to take full ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
Bachelors degree (preferred).
