This is a hands-on senior role. You'll design the flows that matter most yourself, raise the quality of what the design team ships, and set the tone for design direction. You'll mentor and elevate our designers up close – leading by example, not from a distance.

Responsibilities
Design and own the UX and UI of our client-facing products.
Prototype and test ideas and iterate fast based on users and stakeholders feedback, and based on real-time analytics.
Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to turn intangible visions into tangible products.
Define reusable design components and a strong design system.
5+ years of experience as a product designer, including experience mentoring designers or raising a team's design bar.
Experience designing complex systems or multi-audience products – you know how to find the common denominator across different contexts.
Experience owning or significantly shaping a design system.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in a real design workflow – not just openness to the idea.
Sharp attention to detail – you know the difference between good and excellent, and you can explain why.
An excellent communicator who presents design decisions with clear rationale to PMs and engineers, not just designers.
Experience facilitating user interviews and testing sessions is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and fun to work with.
