Operational Strategy & Execution
Drive the execution of operational strategies that support efficient product development, delivery, and alignment with business priorities.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify, analyze, and continuously improve product workflows, fostering a culture of operational excellence, scalability, and innovation.
AI, Automation & Tooling
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging workflows to improve Product operations. Own the Product Management tool stack end-to-end (e.g., Azure DevOps, Salesforce, internal systems), evolving tools, integrations, and workflows to drive measurable impact.
Cross-functional Leadership & Project Delivery
Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to lead and deliver initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely execution.
Insights, Metrics & Decision Support
Define and track KPIs, and collect and analyze data to generate actionable insights that improve product performance and inform decision-making.
Operational Governance & Adoption
Drive adoption of Product Operations standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
Prioritization & Planning
Own and evolve planning and prioritization frameworks to ensure focus, alignment, and effective resource allocation.
Customer Commitments & Deal Support
Support customer-driven commitments and deal acceleration processes, ensuring Product is set up to deliver on high-impact opportunities.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Project Management in a large-scale software organization
Experience working with SaaS / Cloud products
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to drive measurable business impact
Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and product management practices
Practical experience with systems such as Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Jira, or similar
Strong execution capabilities with the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Background in cybersecurity, storage, IT infrastructure, or cloud services – a strong advantage.
