* Manage, operate, and support organizational information systems.
* Handle ongoing administration of user management systems, permissions, and business processes.
* Operate corporate portals, landing pages, and digital systems.
* Provide technical support for platforms such as Zoom, Glassix, InforU, telephony systems, and Hashavshevet (ERP).
* Troubleshoot IT/computing issues and provide support to company employees, clients, and partners.
* Work closely with external vendors and lead the implementation of new systems and operational processes. Full-Time | Petah Tikva

* Proven experience working with Information Systems and CRM platforms.
* Previous experience in a similar role – An Advantage
