Requirements:
– Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
– At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, leading complex and cross-organizational control processes
– Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
– Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
– Proficiency with BI and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI )
