Lead mechanical activities for NPI, transitioning products from R D to mass production.
Collaborate with R D teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM/DFC).
Design and implement manufacturing fixtures, jigs, and TEST equipment (ATE).
Manage product lifecycle activities, including ECOs, production support, reliability improvements, and mold maintenance.
Provide mechanical support to manufacturing sites and suppliers, including troubleshooting and process optimization.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
7+ years of experience as a Mechanical, NPI, or Sustaining Engineer in a global high-tech company.
Experience with product transfer to mass production, manufacturing processes, and DFM/DFC methodologies.
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks.
Experience with plastics, 3D printing, and plastic enclosures – a significant advantage.
Experience designing manufacturing jigs and/or ATE fixtures – an advantage.
Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Agile).
Strong English communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
Willingness to travel to local suppliers within Israel and participate in occasional evening calls with international teams.
