abra professional services is seeking a Senior System Administrator We are looking for a skilled Senior System Administrator to manage, maintain, upgrade, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud, hybrid, networking, and cybersecurity environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, extensive hands-on experience, and a broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud architecture, and information security. A full-time on-site position based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, maintain, and upgrade end-to-end user environments and organizational IT infrastructure.
* Lead and manage cloud and hybrid environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
* Manage and harden the organization’s information security environment, including implementation and administration of XDR systems and Fortinet products.
* Take ownership of the organizational network infrastructure, including routing, network security, switches, controllers, and wireless networks.
* Provide professional support and guidance to technicians and help desk teams.

MUST HAVE: • At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in medium to large enterprise organizations. • In-depth experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune. • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience working with Hyper-V. • Proven hands-on experience with Aruba networking equipment, including switches, controllers, and wireless networks. • Experience managing and configuring Fortinet products, including firewalls. • Experience managing and monitoring advanced XDR protection systems. • Knowledge of PowerShell. • Knowledge of SIEM / SOC systems. Personality requirements: • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team in a dynamic and challenging environment. • High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong verbal communication abilities. • Strong self-learning ability and willingness to learn new technologies. • Proactive mindset, initiative, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
