We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager / Team Leader to own and lead our enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role combines technical leadership, team management, platform governance, and strategic delivery to ensure ServiceNow continues to deliver business value across IT and business functions.
You will lead (direct and indirect) a team of administrators, developers, and analysts while working closely with stakeholders across the different departments within the organization to drive platform adoption, scalability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform roadmap, aligning capabilities with business priorities
Develop, define and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices
Lead platform upgrades, release management, and continuous improvement initiativesSet clear goals, track performance, and mentor team members
Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of projects and enhancements.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including multiple modules and AI tools
3+ years in a managerial or team management role
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience driving platform governance and roadmap planning
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including multiple modules and AI tools
3+ years in a managerial or team management role
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience driving platform governance and roadmap planning
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.
