You will be the primary operations owner for our Automated Test Equipment (ATE). In this critical role, you will lead the transfer, optimization, and daily efficiency of ATE systems on the production line and for RMA processes, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and manufacturing standards.
You will report to the Production Engineering Manager.

What you will be doing:
ATE Transfer & Implementation: Lead the seamless transfer and integration of ATE systems from development into the mass production line, taking full end-to-end responsibility for the project.
Production & RMA Efficiency: Take absolute ownership of ATE performance. Drive continuous efficiency improvements, optimize test times, and streamline processes for both active production lines and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) units.
Test Infrastructure: Set up, install, validate, and maintain ATE test stations and infrastructure directly on the production floor.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with ATE development, Hardware (HW), and R&D teams to support manufacturing operations and resolve complex test-related bottlenecks.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze ATE test data and yield metrics to proactively identify process improvements, increase throughput, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Technical Troubleshooting: Read, interpret, and analyze electrical schematics and technical data sheets to oversee production test processes and ensure adherence to standard specifications.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports and executive presentations detailing root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and rigorous follow-ups.
What you should have:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing operations environment, with a strong, specific focus on ATE management (experience in the networking industry is highly preferred).
Deep knowledge of RF technology and extensive practical experience setting up and operating RF lab equipment and measurement devices, specifically Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
Strong independent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail, execution, and micro-management of project deliverables.
A proactive, highly motivated self-starter who thrives as a collaborative team player. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of taking initiative to meet strict targets and deadlines.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for deep data analysis and reporting.
Strong proficiency in English (good reading, writing, and speaking skills).
