As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the R&D PMO team. You will bridge the gap between large-scale organizational architecture and processes and modern, automated execution. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling critical cross-functional processes-such as R&D planning, dependency tracking, and operational governance-across multiple engineering and product divisions. You are proactive leader and an AI-fluent builder. You will lead complex stakeholder alignment across different groups, but you will also actively leverage AI workflows, low-code automations, and modern tooling integrations to bake your processes directly into our R&D environment. Your goal is to deliver operational solutions while permanently eliminating manual "administrative tax" for our developers.
Your Impact
Architect Cross-R&D Operating Models: Lead the end-to-end design, rollout, and optimization of massive cross-functional frameworks (e.g., quarterly/annual planning cadences, execution governance, and cross-team dependency mapping) aligning cross R&D teams with core business priorities.
Drive Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management: Serve as the central pivot across Engineering and Product functions. Navigate conflicting priorities, build high-trust alignment, and coach diverse teams through organizational changes.
Programmatic Process Automation: Actively explore, prototype, and implement smart tooling, API integrations, and AI-driven workflows to automate data aggregation, status tracking, and reporting-ensuring operational consistency without sacrificing developer velocity.
Optimize R&D Effectiveness: Mine and analyze R&D delivery metrics, telemetry, and performance data to identify systemic friction points. Deploy scalable engineering-adjacent solutions rather than adding manual check-ins or status meetings.

3+ years experience working as a Program Manager in an R&D organization in a SaaS company.
Engineering degree
Workflow Automation & Integration: Hands-on experience configuring or building automated workflows using tools like Jira Automation, APIs, low-code/no-code integration platforms, or modern enterprise management ecosystems.
AI & LLM Fluency: Proven ability to leverage AI-first environments and tools (such as prompt engineering, agentic workflows, or LLM-assisted coding) to automate operational tracking, synthesize data, and streamline communication.
Data & Analytics Literacy: Solid proficiency in querying, manipulating, and analyzing complex datasets (e.g., intermediate SQL, Python, or BI tooling like Tableau/Looker) to build live data dashboards and extract actionable engineering insights.
Domain Context: Strong understanding of the modern SaaS product development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and the operational realities of working within a cybersecurity or high-scale cloud environment.
Large-Scale Process Design: A proven track record of designing, negotiating, and successfully implementing core organizational processes impacting large engineering organizations (150+ people).
