As a Staff Product Manager for QuickBooks Bill Pay, you will define and drive the strategic vision for a critical pillar within QuickBooks Money Movement ecosystem-one of Intuits most important growth and engagement bets.
This is a highly influential leadership role, operating across multiple teams and product surfaces, where you will shape long-term strategy, unlock new business opportunities, and drive step-function improvements in how small businesses manage and move money.
Responsibilities:
Identify and size market opportunities using deep customer insights, competitive analysis, and data
Set and drive a coherent product strategy across multiple teams and time horizons (near-, mid-, long-term)
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple systems, teams, and business units
Influence company-wide priorities and ensure alignment between product, business, and technical strategies
Establish scalable processes and frameworks for product discovery, delivery, and measurement
Drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle-from ideation to launch to iteration

Experience leading large, ambiguous, and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
Strong systems thinking and ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse stakeholders
Deep expertise in data-driven decision making, experimentation, and product analytics
Strong leadership presence with a track record of mentoring and developing other PMs
Bachelors degree, MBA preferred [or equivalent experience]
