* Lead and manage production deployment processes.
* Manage and handle department incidents, from initial root-cause analysis to complete resolution and implementation of the solution.
* Lead all integrations across the various banking systems.
* Coordinate between R&D, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
* Monitor cross-functional processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of strong hands-on SQL experience in an Oracle environment – Must
* 3+ years of experience in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) – Must
* 3+ years of technical background in Software Development, system Analysis, or Technical Project Management – Must
* 1+ year of experience working with AI tools (preferably Claude Code), with a focus on building dashboards – Must
* Hands-on experience with AWS environments ( system deployment, error analysis, production support, etc.) – Advantage.
* Familiarity with Postman and Elastic – Advantage.
* Familiarity with Swagger – Advantage.
* Familiarity with automation tools, specifically Nolio and Jenkins – Advantage.
* Experience working in Linux environments – Advantage.
* Development experience with.NET / Angular – Advantage.
