Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, contribute to hiring and growth programs, and help build a strong, scalable engineering culture with high standards.

6+ years of game development experience, with a proven track record of shipping production mobile games and leading technical initiatives.
Experience leading technical direction for one or more teams, including architectural decisions and long-term platform vision.
Deep expertise in Unity and C#, including real-time 3D rendering, performance optimization, and mobile platforms.
Proven ability to design and scale internal tooling and operational systems (build/deploy, live-ops tooling, test automations, monitoring, observability, SDKs).
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical strategy to non-technical audiences.
Strong strategic and product mindset-able to evaluate trade-offs, prioritize effectively, and drive impact at scale.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, leading teams through growth and change.
