We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize thermal management solutions across our products and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capability, hands-on experience with thermal simulation tools, and a solid understanding of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop thermal management systems, including cooling architectures, heat exchangers, and thermal interfaces.
Perform detailed thermal simulations (CFD, FEA) to predict temperature distribution, heat flow, and performance under various operating conditions.
Conduct experimental testing and validation of thermal components using lab equipment such as thermal chambers, calorimeters, sensors, and DAQ systems.
Evaluate thermal performance trade-offs and optimize designs for efficiency, cost, manufacturability, and reliability.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and system engineering teams to integrate thermal solutions into products.
Create technical documentation including thermal models, test reports, and design guidelines.
Investigate thermal failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support prototype build and participate in Design Reviews.
