About The Role:
We are looking for a talented Creative Video Editor & Motion Designer who is proficient in both fields and enjoys them equally.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating highly engaging video ads for social media platforms, including Facebook and YouTube, for a variety of clients.
Editing short and long-form videos using diverse creative assets (client materials, UGC content, stock footage, and generative AI assets).
Designing and animating attention-grabbing motion graphics.
Collaborating with other professional and talented video editors, motion designers, art directors, and copywriters to solve creative problems and produce top-level content.
Working with PPC campaign managers to translate ad performance data into actionable creative decisions and strategies.
Staying updated with video and design tools, industry shifts, and social media trends.

Strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and motion design skills.
3-5 years of professional experience working in a creative studio, advertising agency, or similar.
Proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Work experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Veo, Nano Banana, Runway, Elevenlabs).
Creative thinker with the ability to transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams.
Multitasker with the ability to adapt, work effectively under pressure, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency (written and spoken).
Advantages:
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe creative tools.
Sound editing and mixing skills.
A solid understanding of social media video marketing and online advertising principles.
