We're looking for an experienced VP R&D to lead a growing engineering organization building modern web applications, mobile products, and AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.
Lead and scale multidisciplinary R&D teams ( backend, frontend, QA, DevOps ).
Define technology strategy, architecture, engineering standards and delivery processes.
Drive innovation in AI, LLMs and AI Agents alongside modern web technologies.
Partner closely with Product, Project Management, Operations and Business teams.
Manage distributed engineering teams and multiple parallel projects.

10+ years of software development experience.
5+ years in senior R&D leadership roles.

Experience leading engineering managers and distributed teams.
Client-facing experience and strong business orientation.

Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows
Experience in agencies, studios or companies delivering multiple customer projects in parallel
