we are looking for a Backend Engineer – OT Security Team.
Responsibilities:
Design and build the software that talks directly to enterprise network switches: real devices, real production networks, real impact.
Push the boundaries of how we manage devices at scale: new protocols, new vendors, better abstractions.
Build the cloud backend that turns raw device data into something powerful (Go/C#, gRPC, PostgreSQL).
Solve hard, unglamorous distributed-systems problems: concurrency, reliability, scale – with code that ships to production and protects real infrastructure

Requirements:
3-5 years as a backend engineer, proficiency in at least one of Go/C#/Java/C++.
Networking knowledge: L2/L3, VLANs, routing, TCP/IP, ACLs.
Hands-on experience automating network devices – SSH/CLI, NETCONF, RESTCONF, SNMP, gNMI, Netmiko/NAPALM, or similar.
Comfort with concurrent code that has to survive flaky real-world network conditions
Nice to Have:
Multi-vendor network experience (Cisco, Aruba, and others).
Cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure) and microservices/gRPC.
Experience with flow-based telemetry protocols (IPFIX, NetFlow, sFlow).
