Provide day-to-day IT support to company employees across infrastructure, communication, and system environments, ensuring availability, stability, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT systems. The position serves as the main on-site IT contact, supported by the outsourcing provider’s professional team — including assistance with security and compliance processes and management of the company’s Google Workspace environment.
