We are looking for a seasoned, strategic Senior Fullstack Engineer to help shape the future of our work in Agentic AI. This critical role involves end-to-end development of advanced client and server features, handling large-scale data, aggregations, and cutting-edge UI/UX design. You will work on mission-critical technologies, collaborating with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful solutions.
What you'll do:
Design and implement scalable fullstack architectures using React and Node.js.
Develop and maintain high-performance services and data pipelines, managing large-scale data aggregations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including product, design, and research – to integrate and ship new features.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance.
Champion secure coding practices and clean code standards.

5+ years of production experience in both React and Node.js.
Deep familiarity with React Hooks, React-Query, and Express.
Experience building and maintaining distributed systems or high-throughput architectures.
Experience with AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) and integrating AI features.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Go (Golang) and cloud-based platforms is a plus.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Agentic AI and related technologies.
Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and architectures.
Prior experience working in a high-growth or late-stage startup environment.
