This role focuses on creating AI-driven capabilities on top of our core products – enabling brands to better collect, understand, and activate customer content such as reviews, ratings, and visual UGC.
You will work in a strong product trio with design and engineering to discover, validate, and deliver solutions that create real value for customers and drive measurable business impact.

What youll do
Partner closely with engineering and product design in a product trio to discover and deliver impactful solutions.
Lead continuous discovery with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Define problems worth solving at the intersection of UGC, AI, and e-commerce.
Translate customer and business needs into clear product direction and priorities.
Drive fast iteration cycles from discovery to delivery and learning.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
Work closely with GTM, sales, and customer success to ensure strong product adoption and feedback loops.
Become a domain expert in UGC, customer behavior, and AI-driven product capabilities.
Requirements
5-7 years of product management experience in SaaS companies.
Proven experience working in empowered product teams.
Strong product discovery and delivery skills.
Experience building or contributing to customer-facing products.
Experience building 0→1 products.
Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Strong analytical thinking and outcome-oriented mindset.
Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
