This is an individual-contributor role with significant product ownership. You will lead through influence and shared direction rather than through direct people management.
Focus of the Role
Lead the product direction and day-to-day execution of a dedicated VantagePoint pod.
Develop a deep understanding of the pods customers, users, market and business objectives.
Translate customer and business needs into a clear product strategy and prioritized roadmap.
Create alignment across engineering, design and commercial teams.
Deliver product improvements that support customer satisfaction, adoption, retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the VantagePoint capabilities within your pod.
Work with product leadership and relevant department leaders to ensure the pods direction supports the wider company and product vision.
Identify customer problems, market opportunities and product improvements through research, data and stakeholder feedback.
Build clear business cases and define the expected customer and commercial outcomes of product initiatives.
Communicate priorities, decisions and trade-offs clearly across business functions and geographies.
3+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
Experience owning a product, product area or roadmap and working with a dedicated cross-functional team.
A proven record of delivering high-quality products in close partnership with engineering and product design.
Strong customer-discovery, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience defining success measures and using qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide decisions.
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
The ability to lead through influence and build alignment without formal authority.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile product-development environment.
The ability to prioritize effectively and explain product decisions, roadmaps and trade-offs clearly.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
